I must say this experience was stellar.. Although STATE FARM WAS HORRID , The staff from the receptionist up to Mrs Tracey gave me nothing but warm, and sympathetic world class service… Honestly, they deserve an award. Promptness professionalism period!!! The work that was done made me smile, I was able to exhale from day one… I definitely appreciate all the time and effort… I understand going behind another collision shop to do corrective repairs aren’t easy but thank you for achieving what I thought was the impossible

To be clear, the repair is fine. It looks good and functions well. But what I was told originally would be a 4 day repair took approximately two months. 58 days. Only 30 of which my insurance gave me a rental car. So I was without a car for nearly a month. Joe Hudson's work is fine, but only if you can live without your vehicle for actual months. Anyone that needs a timely turn around of their vehicle should avoid this shop like the plague.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life! They took close to 2 months to fix my door. The communication was horrible. No call updates, I’d have to call and ask them why the finished date kept getting pushed back EVERY WEEK. Why would they wait to order my parts when my appointment was scheduled 3 months ahead of time. Because of them I had to find rides to work and come out of so much money. Would not recommend! They didn’t even fix the scratches on the left side of my car from the wreck.

Everyone at Joe Hudson's Collision treated me so well. They worked seamlessly with the rental company, insurance company, and had to send the vehicle off site to get some work done. The vehicle was trailered to another shop and they took great care of it the entire time. The work done was perfect, and the communication was top notch. I knew everything that was going on and timeframes for the work at every step. Great company to work with! A+++

Unfortunately I have had more than one experience with Joe Hudson, but fortunately I found an amazing collision center like Joe Hudson. Since moving to Alabama I have purchased two vehicles and both times my new vehicle was hit by another driver within 4 months of purchase. Joe Hudson repaired both and both times Joe Hudson staff provided excellent service. From check-in to updates I have always been happy with the experience. As long as I am a resident of Madison County I will continue to use (hopefully won't need to lol) and refer anyone in need of the services Joe Hudson Bob Wallace location provides.
